CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

For all our training courses and appointment bookings we require 7 days notice to swap your deposit to another date/time. If we do not have this notice, your deposit amount will be lost therefore a new course / appointment cost will be payable.

If you cancel, change, no show to your appointment or more than 10 minutes late, you will loose any deposit paid. We appreciate this might seem strict however this has a knock on effect to our other customers and can severely interrupt our working day.
